“App”: refers to the Estimate Invoice Maker mobile application developed by BIVIS SERVIÇOS EM TECNOLOGIA LTDA.
“User”, “You”, “Your”: refers to any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the App.
“We”, “Us”, “Our”: refer to the Estimate Invoice Maker app.
“Pro”: the paid version of the App that offers additional and exclusive features.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between You and BIVIS SERVIÇOS EM TECNOLOGIA LTDA regarding your use of the App.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. f you do not agree, you may not access or use the App. All content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The App is not available to users who are barred from using it under applicable laws.
You must use a compatible iOS device. We do not guarantee compatibility with your specific hardware or operating system version.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to download, access, and use the App solely solely for your individual or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. If you violate these Terms, your license is automatically revoked, and you must cease all use and delete any copies of the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed USD $100.00 (one hundred U.S. dollars)
You agree that no claim shall entitle you to injunctive relief or prevent the continued operation or availability of the App.
The features displayed in this App may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We may make changes to the features contained in the App at any time without prior notice and are under no obligation to do so.
We offer enhanced features through a paid Pro subscription. These premium features may include, but are not limited to, advanced tools, additional customization options, and increased limits.
You agree that your subscription or purchase is not contingent on the delivery of any future features, enhancements, or public statements made by us.
Billing and Payment: The billing for the Pro subscription is processed by Apple in accordance with the policies and terms of service of the App Store. Users agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Apple to charge the corresponding amount for the PRO subscription from the provided payment method.
Free Trial: Some plans may include a limited-time trial that auto-renews to a paid plan unless canceled before expiration.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Apple may adjust the renewal timing according to their policies.
Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your iOS device settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. No refunds are given for unused periods.

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you at least 10 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Minor updates may be posted in-app. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App from your device and cancelling any active subscription through your Apple ID account settings. All data created and stored within the App resides on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account. We do not have access to your personal data or the ability to delete it on your behalf.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or misuse the App in a way that could harm its functionality or other users.
All subscription payments are handled through the App Store. No refunds will be issued for partial use or termination.
We may provide notices via email or in-app messages.
Sections related to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification will survive termination of these Terms.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign ours freely.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that location.
You waive the right to participate in any class action or jury trial. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of its occurrence or be forever barred.
